No response from first appealete authority

Sir,

CPIO has provided incomplete info so I had First appeal with FAA but more than a month over he is not responding.

What I hv to do ?

Tell me the procedure.

FAA may take from 30-45 days to pass Order in FA . You have to wait till then . If there is no Order or the Order is objectionable , then you will have to file 2nd Appeal with respective Information Commission . Revert here when 45 days are over from the date of filing RTI FA .

In case if FAA does not decide, you will have strong case for penalty, compensation and departmental action against FAA in second appeal
