How to know what is the rule for people doing votilng mutiple times in different consiuencies with multiple voter id cards on same day.

I am not able to find the infomation/law which tells about the people who knowingly holds and uses multiple election voter cards during elections in madhya pradesh panchayat elections.Howerer it is mentioned that it is an offence, but not mentioned what action could be taken for this offence.

Any idea on from where this information could be found? Could RTI help in this context.

Could online application be submitted for removal such duplicate voter ID's.

RTI can get you the voter list , the people who have voted . If you have concrete information on bogus votes and bogus voters , you can inform the Election Commission . EC will then initiate action on its own .

At present there is no facility to file RTI applications online. Stick to the traditional methods outlined here:

How to submit a RTI Application - Guide

If something is an offence, it must be an offence under some Law/Act or Rule in force. Find out under which law is it an offence. That Law will also contain as to whom you have to complain to , etc. Also check the Election Commission website for details.

Otherwise, if you have all the details, file a official Complaint with the State CEO (Welcome to Election Commission of India)

Wait for a month or so...and then file a RTI application with the PIO of the CEO's office and ask for the progress on your Complaint.
