For Bad road conditions, you have to file the RTI application with the PIO of the department which maintains the road (may be local Municipal Corporation or Roads & Buildings Dept., etc.).

Please see this thread for a drafted application on roads: https://www.rtiindia.org/forum/3134-roads-malkapur-town-buldhana-district.html

Details of PIO will be available on the website of the organisation/department, under the "RTI" link. Or simply call that office and ask "Who is the PIO in your office under the RTI Act 2005. I want to file a RTI application." ?

Your RTI Application has to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for Uttar Pradesh.

These are available in the Guide section of the Portal: RTI Guide

Please read the other articles in the Guide section as well as the links given in the FAQ here: RTI FAQ

These will be of help to you during the RTI process.

For the electricity problem, you have to follow the same process as above but with the PIO of the Electricity company.

It has been a general observation now that newly constructed roads connecting major cities are being broken, have been eroded very frequently. Most of the roads are pathetic to drive onto.

I travel daily from Ghaziabad to Noida via Noida extension. Roads connecting ghaziabad and noida between ABES college and noida extension is in its worse condition.

I am not sure whom to contact regarding this long prevailing issue. We provide hefty income taxes to this govt. and in return they invest that money in such pathetic work. Wasting money in constructing road with cheap resources, that make these roads unbearable to travel.

Please guide me how to approach regarding this problem.
