Private school asked for undertaking for known medical case

School has given admission after approval from their own doctor.

1) Medical condition was clearly mentioned and all reports were shown to doctor and he approved it.

2) Now school asked us to sign undertaking that incase of medical problem they are not responsible. Our child is normal and had recovered from the problem, it just 10% chance that she may need medical help.

3) We asked them to put few points which they would do incase of medical urgency with any normal child ie inform parents, give medicine and send child to hospital

4) They are not ready to accept any point.

 

What should we do?
