Dr. Manmohan Singh articulates before the media that credibility of government machinery is decreasing in eye of common masses. Here this question arises that when you accepted the fact of deteriorating credibility on public plateform then why are you not taking solid and strong action in order to reform the system? In the case of RTI activist Balwani, delhi government declared it an accident and closed the file while the closed relatives of the victim repeatedly expressing that there is conspiracy of antisocial elements of delhi government who were exposed by RTI Activist Balwani. Here this question arises that why police is interested showing the murder through well planned accident as simple accident and closed the file without thorough investigating the matter. It is to be noted that in delhi congress government is installed since many years.
